CHARGEBACK POLICY

Customer understands and agrees that in the event the Customer initiates a chargeback and/or merchant dispute with their issuing bank for the product/s they have received and in fact owe payment for, and the Customer is successful in recovering the disputed funds that would otherwise be owed to the Business, the Business will make every effort to provide documentation to the issuing bank that the Customer did receive any and all products, including this policy.

 

Further, the Business reserves the right to issue an invoice/send a bill to Customer for any and all products that Business has sold and delivered to Customer.  Customer hereby agrees to pay the invoice in full/bill in full if in the event that a chargeback dispute is initiated. Should Customer fail to make appropriate payment, Business shall pursue any and all available legal and equitable remedies available by law.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED

LOST PACKAGE POLICY:

Once your order is processed, please make sure your address is correct to avoid delay's. Please make sure street is correct, abbreviations, buildings, & zip code. IKARNY is not responsible for items that are stolen, incorrect addresses or misplaced packages. Packages attempted to be delivered and are sent back are "Sent back packages" Once a package has been sent back the receiver has 30 days to get in contact with us in which another label for transportation must be paid IF WE ARE NOT CONATCED within 30 days the order will be voided. Once the item has been shipped, we have no control as it is in the carriers’ hands. Please also be aware for international shipping packages are slightly longer as the distance exceeds.

PRE ORDER POLICY:

Pre Orders can take up to as much time to be shipped as sometimes things happen that are out of our hands, But Pre order should not take longer than 4 weeks to ship Each Pre order is always 1-2 Weeks after the Pre-Ordering.

ONCE ORDERS ARE PLACED ALL ORDERS ARE FULLY PROCESSED AND FINAL
